Our brief on this project was to replace an ugly uPVC building with a bespoke double-glazed hardwood conservatory, more in keeping with the extensive restoration work that our clients had painstakingly undertaken on their property.
Among the key requirements were
That all new joinery should mimic adjacent existing windows.
New structure should fit existing brickwork.
The preservation of the interior ceramic tiled floor.
That new double-glazed units be manufactured to match existing single-glazed leaded-light windows featured throughout the property.
It's worth pointing out that the new double-glazed units were manufactured as exact replicas of existing single-glazed leaded-light windows, using a patented method of construction.
