Our brief on this project was to replace an ugly uPVC building with a bespoke double-glazed hardwood conservatory, more in keeping with the extensive restoration work that our clients had painstakingly undertaken on their property.

Among the key requirements were

• That all new joinery should mimic adjacent existing windows.

• New structure should fit existing brickwork.

• The preservation of the interior ceramic tiled floor.

• That new double-glazed units be manufactured to match existing single-glazed leaded-light windows featured throughout the property.

It's worth pointing out that the new double-glazed units were manufactured as exact replicas of existing single-glazed leaded-light windows, using a patented method of construction.​
